As a private person, living in Thailand, I have to follow the thai laws. Therefore the place of justice is Chiang Mai, Thailand.

The parties are itself agree that the present treaty is locked for the purpose of the acquisition of goods. As basis of the sales contract both, salesmen as well as buyer, recognize the conditions of how they are laid down in the present treaty.

The reason of the contract is to buy and send the items like they are represented and described at the online shop of Monsmade web site. Small deviations in the color, due to the photographic execution have to be taken.

Monsmade commits itself to supply the goods immediately after receipt of payment (feed of the goods at the next post office within 3 working-days). The buyer for his part commits itself to accept the supplies up to the contract end to the dates agreed upon in each case.

The prices understand themselves per unit and/or quantity and apply for the entire time of the contract. All prices are net prices, without the valid, in each case legal value, added tax and import duties.

The buyer makes the payment in such way, that the amount is received at the salesman after 10 days on receipt of the invoice. Only after complete payment entrance the goods are dispatched.

After receipt of the complete invoice amount the commodity is dispatched by post office or courier. The supply takes place carriage free.

The salesman stands for the ready status of the supplied commodity (sales article) and guarantees the operability if it is subject of the acquired object. The guarantee duration begins with the acceptance of the commodity and ends after 4 weeks of expiration, if not differently is agree.

The salesman reserves himself the property at the commodity up to the complete payment.

If one or more regulations of the present treaty should become legally ineffective, then thereby the validity of the remaining regulations will be not affected.

Verbal special agreements to the present treaty do not exist. Changes or additions of the present treaty require writing (E-Mail has validity).
