Shipment & Delivery

What are the Shipping charges? Are they extra?

No, prices listed on the site are inclusive of all shipping and handling charges. There are no hidden costs.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to all countries.

How do you ship?

We ship by airmail to ensure fast delivery.

How soon will I receive my order?

Your order will be shipped from our warehouse within 72 hrs of your payment. It takes usually between 10 and 14 days for Thai Post to deliver item by airmail.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

If you have provided us with a valid email address, you will receive an email from us when we have shipped any item on your order.

What if part of my order is not available?

After you have placed your order, if for some reason an item is not available to ship, then it will be cancelled from your order. We will notify you via email that this specific item has been cancelled from your order. You will not be charged for any item that is not shipped.

Taxes

Do you collect any taxes?

This is a tax free shopping mart. We do not charge any taxes (i.e. VAT, import) to your purchases.

How Do I Place an Order?

STEP 1: Shop for Products - When you find an item you want, press the "Add to shopping cart" button to add it to your "Shopping Cart". To continue browsing shop or adding items, click any other product category to continue shopping.

STEP 2: Add, Modify item - If you wish to increase the quantity of an item you have already ordered, click on icon "Show Cart". Adjust the number of unit in the space provided and then click "Change Quantity" button in the cart. If you want to remove item from shopping cart just click "Delete Item".

STEP 3: Proceed to Checkout - When you finish your shopping press the "Show Cart" button/icon to view your shopping cart. You see all the items you placed in the basket during your shopping. Click "Order Now" button.

STEP 4: Tell Us Your Data and Shipping Information - If you are already our customer, type in your Client ID and all your data you gave before show up. If you buy in our shop the first time, please type in all required personal data and address. We use that data for shipping purpose only. Select also your preferable way of payment.

STEP 5: Accept order - On that screen you see all your data and order details summary. If everything is correct just click "Accept order" to finish. When you press the button your on-line order will be securely submitted to us.

STEP 6: PayPal redirect - If you choose to pay by PayPal you can be redirected from our website to PayPal website. Just click PayPal logo on the last screen of checkout proceeding.

Return Policy & Guarantee

What is your return policy?

Our goal is your complete satisfaction. If you are unhappy with any purchase, you may return it to us within 4 weeks (recieved at Monsmade) for exchange or a full refund, less the visible shipping charges. Please be as specific as possible in your note to ensure that your return/exchange is handled in the most efficient manner.
